Recommendation Form Instructions:
As part of your application we ask that two letters of recommendation by instructors at your current or previous school are completed — one by a mathematics teacher and the other by an English teacher. You may request a recommendation from these teachers by filling out the recommendation request below. Once completed, your teachers will receive a request by email with the recommendation form included.
If you choose to give the recommendation form physically to each teacher you will find the forms linked below. After they have completed your recommendations have them or your school counselor mail the recommendations to BIA.
